01Starting point
Fincas Castro is a property agency in L'Hospitalet that works across the whole Baix Llobregat, as far as Gavà, with a law firm in the same office. It had a Wix site where the flats were products in an online shop, a logo with metallic gradients and a Google listing rated 4.3 out of 5 from 113 reviews that hardly anyone saw.
02The problem
In real estate, clients compare on the property portals, and on the portals every agency looks the same. The site didn't show that there's a real office in the neighbourhood behind it, and the team relied on others to publish or change a listing. On top of that, information about buildings and owners lived scattered across Excel sheets.
03The objective
A consistent brand, a site of its own where the team publishes its flats without asking anyone, and an internal tool to work the area building by building. And every enquiry going straight to the office WhatsApp.
04The strategy
In order: brand manual first, then the website, and the team's tools last. The listings panel requires what really decides a viewing: at least twelve photos, a floor plan and the energy label. The forms (buy, sell, valuation, mortgage) end in a WhatsApp conversation already written for you.
05Art direction
A 30-page manual with the logo redrawn in flat inks (navy, petrol and copper) from the original. The home page is a 3D scene rendered in Blender: an office with its table and papers, curtains that open as you scroll and, behind them, Barcelona from Tibidabo with the logo appearing behind the Ferris wheel.
06Design
Little text and everything within reach: a navigation pill at the bottom and panels for listings, services, valuation and contact. When the scene ends, the Google reviews and the legal department appear, which is what builds the most trust in this sector.
07Development
Hand-written code, no builder. The team signs in with their Google account, with different roles for management, office and sales agents, and publishes flats with their photos from the panel. The CRM shows the buildings in the area on a map with their land registry data and inspection status, and works as an app on Android, iPhone and desktop.
08The result
The team told us themselves: with the CRM they work far more organised. Buildings, owners and flats are in one place instead of scattered across Excel sheets, every agent sees their area on the map from their phone and publishes without asking anyone. How many enquiries the site brings we'll measure with real data, and we'll share it when there is some, not before.
