What I collect
- What you enter in the contact or audit form: name, company, email, phone, website, social profiles and details about your project.
- Messages you send me by email.
- Anonymous browsing data from Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Why
To answer your enquiry, prepare the audit or quote you ask for and, if we work together, manage the project. I send no advertising and never share your data for marketing.
Legal basis
Your consent when you submit a form and pre-contractual steps taken at your request. For analytics, your consent in the cookie notice.
Retention
As long as needed to reply and, if there is a business relationship, as long as tax law requires. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months.
Processors
- Netlify, Inc. hosts the site and receives form submissions on my behalf.
- Google Ireland Ltd. for analytics, only with your consent.
Some providers may process data outside the EEA under GDPR safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to jorge88143795@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
