01Starting point

No website. The business existed on its Google listing (44 reviews) and little else: anyone hesitating had nowhere to check.

02The problem

Phone repair is a trade where customers arrive afraid: of being overcharged, of a part being swapped, of never seeing the device again. The site didn't have to sell: it had to remove fear.

03The objective

A site that removes the fear before the first message: the process in plain sight, the real workshop, and another customer's review within reach.

04The strategy

Make visible what is normally hidden. The repair process in four transparent steps, the workshop from the inside, and Google reviews embedded in the site rather than buried behind a link.

05Art direction

Real photography of the workshop, down to the bench detail. No stock images of hands holding phones: the argument is that the workshop exists and can be seen.

06Design

Six catalogued services with a starting price, and a WhatsApp button in every section: in this trade the enquiry arrives by message, not by form.

07Development

Google reviews embedded, a map, and a structure built for local searches like “phone repair L'Hospitalet”.

08The result

A 4.5 out of 5 rating with 45 reviews, on the home page instead of hidden. It is the strongest argument the business has, and now it works from the first second.
